Toronto - During the month of June 2007, members of the Special Victims Section, with assistance from the Toronto Police Drug Squad and 51 Division Major Crime Unit, charged three Toronto men in relation to a child prostitution investigation involving a 17-year-old girl.

Toronto - On Tuesday, July 3, 2007, police responded to a radio call to a self-storage business in the Kennedy Road/Steeles Avenue area. Attending officers learned of a cache of guns, explosives and drugs in one of the units within the storage facility. A Canada-wide arrest warrant has been issued for Steven Duong, 25.

Toronto - On Tuesday, July 17, 2007, Irina Chernyakhovsky, 38, of Richmond Hill, was arrested. It is alleged that Chernyakhovsky looks for employment in dental offices where she handles financial transactions and when she is hired, she completes fraudulent transactions with customer billings.

Toronto - The Toronto Police Service wishes to advise the public of fake news releases posted on lampposts in and around the Yonge Street/Summerhill Avenue area. Police wish to advise the public that news releases are not posted in this way by the police. If they see such fakes, they should call police.
