Dentist faces two charges in sexual assault investigation

On Sunday, February 17, 2008, police received a call for a sexual assault at a dentist's office, at 2155 Lawrence Avenue East.
It is alleged that:
- a 30-year-old man scheduled an appointment with his dentist,
- during the appointment, when the two were alone, the accused sexually assaulted the victim.
Dr. Kishen Vellore, 48, of Markham, is charged with:
1) Sexual Assault,
2) Fail To Comply Recognizance.
He is scheduled to appear in court at 1911 Eglinton Avenue East, on Thursday, February 21, 2008, at 10 a.m., room 412.
Investigators believe there may be other victims who have not yet come forward.
