Homicide Squad

On Wednesday July 4, 2007, at about 3:50 a.m., police were called to a home on Rylander Boulevard for a shooting.

Police found a man, aged 33, inside the home and a man, aged 43, in a vehicle nearby, both with obvious signs of trauma.

The two men were taken to hospital, where they succumbed to their injuries.

That authorization prohibits any publication which identifies, or would tend to identify, him after 9:30 p.m., on Monday, July 9, 2007.

Homicide investigators, aware the authorization deadline is approaching, are asking the public, once again, for their assistance locating Livingston Davis.

Livingston Davis is also known as "Livvy" or "Kemar." He is considered armed and dangerous.

Do not approach him. Call 9−1−1 immediately.

Anyone involved in harbouring Livingston Davis, or helping him to evade police, is reminded they will face serious charges and may be putting others at risk.
