Boy, 15, charged in investigation into pumpkin thrown through TTC bus windshield

Toronto - On Halloween night, Wednesday, October 31, 2007, it is alleged that a 15-year-old boy threw a pumpkin through the windshield of a TTC bus as it travelled on Mimico Avenue.
The TTC driver and a passenger received minor injuries. They were treated and released from hospital.
On Wednesday, November 28, 2007, the 15-year-old boy was arrested and has been charged with:
1) Assault with a weapon (2 counts),
2) Mischief Endangering Life,
3) Common Nuisance
He is scheduled to appear in 204 court at 2201 Finch Avenue West on Thursday, November 29, 2007, at 10 a.m.
The Toronto Police Service would like to thank members of the public and the media for their assistance with this case.
