Toronto - On Monday, November 19, 2007, at 8 p.m., police received a call for a robbery at a restaurant on Dundas Street West, near Howland Street.

It is alleged that:
- a man wearing a bandana over his face, and armed with a knife, entered the store,
- he demanded cash from the employee, then fled the scene,
- police arrived and located the suspect attempting to get into a taxi cab,
- police tried to arrest the suspect, but he pushed the officer away and fled,
- the suspect was located with the assistance of Police Dog Services.

Members of the Hold Up Squad investigated and charged Anthony McCreath-Coldspring, 20, of no fixed address, with:

1) Robbery,
2) Disguise with Intent,
3) Weapons Dangerous,
4) Possession of Property Obtained by Crime (under).

He is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday, November 20, 2007, at Old City Hall, room 101, 10 a.m.
