Toronto - A Toronto Police Service officer has been arrested and charged following an investigation by officers from 53 Division.
Constable Doug Schouten, 41, with 19 years' service, is a member of 14 Division.
He has been charged with Assault and Fail to Comply, while off duty.
He was scheduled to appear in courtroom 501 at College Park, on Thursday, November 15, 2007, at 10 a.m.
