On Friday, August 31, 2007, police arrested a man in relation to two incidents in Toronto and one in Guelph, involving Improvised Explosive Devices.

As a result of the ongoing investigation, it is further alleged that:

- in June and July 2004, the man injected a chemical into bottled water,

- the water was delivered as a promotional offer to offices in the Toronto area.

Adel Arnaout, 37, of Toronto, has been charged with:

1) Eight counts of Attempt Murder.

He is scheduled to appear in court at 1911 Eglinton Avenue East on Friday, November 16, 2007.
