Public Safety Alert: Swarming type robberies in west end parks

The Toronto Police Service would like to alert the public about the increase in swarming−type robberies within public parks in 14 Division.

It is alleged that:

− over the past two weeks, a group of seven or more youths have been committing swarming−type robberies in the areas of Bloor Street West/Dufferin Street and Bloor Street West/Christie Street,

− in each of the robberies, the suspects confront the victims and rob them of their valuables.
