On Friday July 20, 2007, at approximately 3:30 p.m., police received a radio call to attend an apartment on Dupont Street regarding a Domestic Event.
It is alleged that:
- a woman took property belonging to an ex-boyfriend and his new girlfriend.
Late yesterday afternoon, Constable Julie Rice was charged with Theft Under $5,000.
Constable Rice, 30, with three years' service, a uniform officer from 51 Division, is currently on sick leave.
She is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall, on Friday, August 30, 2007, courtroom 101, at 10 a.m.
